The only thing I can see doing that is demand outstripping supply at a rate they cant keep going.
They are doing what they do to everything - the gov inserts itself into the supply chain somewhere from infrastructure to the customer and wears losses until market domination.
They are doing it now with AI however they may have chosen the worst enemy in Nvidia.
