The "we'll never know" argument is incredibly weak @GCar. Limited or even complete success doesn't validate the rampant nepotism. We'll also never know just how much quicker, more efficient, lower cost the whole Puna operation could have been if they had hired based on merit, rather than bloodline.
Instead, we all get to look at the the flop that it is the "demonstration" plant, and wonder what could have been......
