Every single person on Earth has some form of intellectual property if you want to get all technical about it. Everyone comes up with random thoughts, ideas, or creative expressions that could technically be classified as IP.
But let’s get to the real issue here; how is that IP actually valued or monetised? In the real world, if you repeatedly fail at turning an idea into something viable, that IP becomes pretty worthless. The more you fail, the less that idea holds any real value.Now, suggesting that family members are in on the “secret sauce” is pretty rich, especially when Pablo hasn’t even shown that his process is scalable or cost-effective. If anything, it just makes you wonder how valuable is that IP really?
It’s also worth considering how much of that valuable IP walked out the door with half the workforce who got sacked.
