It's also important to remember that the "IP" currently being employed at Puna may well be extremely similar to that employed at FMC/Livent/Arcadium, where Pablo used to work for 15 years. Are we really to believe that none of the parts or processes of FMC's IP have been replicated at Puna Mining?
