If you're correct with this statement, than this is more reasoning that his IP is worth even less.
They've demonstrated minimal quantities of battery quality lithium from the pilot plant, and what we can confidently say test tube quantities from the demonstration plant (since we're now comparing the scale to an actual commercial operation by changing the name to a demonstration plant), so the IP works, just not efficiently or economically.
Will Demonstration Plant II work to spec? Maybe more hope now that they've engaged 3rd parties with hopefully more expertise. But the real issue here that makes this likely the riskiest lit company on the asx is finding $400,000,000++.
