I tend to agree. The BYD shenanigans/ponzi of falsifying new car sales in order to access the CCP incentive schemes/rebates could only be kept up for so long and now with more restrictive access to foreign markets it appears we are looking at the next Evergrande in the making. Horrible for the market and short/medium term prices. I don't know if the CCP will step in given the broader western divestment from China.
