On the charts at a monthly view, the candles have had a "lower high" for 11 consecutive months.
to me, any sign of reversal would start with a higher high at 3.4c than December's high of 3.3c. My green line in the proceeding chart is my rough price prediction over time (i.e. i think a reversal now would be short-lived).
