The fact that management is still not in a hurry to do a cap raise before releasing results suggest to me that they are confident to raise at a much, much higher share price.
They probably believe the upcoming results will be company-making. People should be more wary about companies that pump and raise (like RCR for example). PTR does not do that because the results are real.
