Iluka reported Q3 2024 sales of rutile at USD1589/t (or AUD2445/t), and that is for a finished product rutile (ie dry and clean, probably around 94% TiO2). In the financial analysis above I've discounted this by ~25% to reflect the rutile being unfinished in a concentrate - which is very rough, but should be somewhere about the mark. I've estimated anatase pricing at around 80% of rutile (happy to be corrected on this if anyone has better info), and for the 'pseudo rutile' I've gone with a pretty low price of AUD300/t due to unknown quality parameters - imo there is potential for upside on this pricing.
