So pretty sure I am going to be going this route as my questions to Amscot about the nature or rules surrounding their mooted order filtering via PhilipCapital have gone unanswered. I still might set that account up as a last gasp for @IRESS just to have a look and see if it really is true they only provide 20 minute delayed quotes in this day and whether orders do not go straight to market.
