a) rhc to announce [what they deem post a strategic review] to be "non core asset divestments" (similar to URW)
b) low ball t/o
scenario a) highly likely
scenario b) has been tried and tested and the rejected >$80 so what are the odds of accepting >$50? $88 is 2.5 times the current sp! no one offers 250%, 30% at best (~$45, barely half the former!)
with 3:1 (at least?) book to replacement/asset value the carve up will happen, one way or the other
