You know the gas sales price has increased from ~$8/GJ in 1H to ~$10/GJ in 2H right?

Nearly all of that will flow through to the bottom line, and production will be up too due to the two new Mereenie production wells which started producing in Jan/Feb. So underlying 2H profit will be a lot more than 1H.

Statutory profit might not be too impressive because they will likely expense the entire cost of the two production wells in this HY instead of depreciating them. I think CTP's share was about $5M from memory. But underlying NPAT should be much better.
