ASX: SO4), which has since been delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). I had invested a substantial amount of money in the company, but following its financial difficulties and subsequent delisting, my shares and investment have effectively disappeared. To provide some context: - Salt Lake Potash was suspended from trading on the ASX in July 2021 due to financial challenges. - The company later entered voluntary administration in October 2021, with KPMG appointed as the administrator and KordaMentha acting as the receiver. - The ASX officially delisted the company on July 31, 2023, under Listing Rule 17.12. - I have not received any communication regarding potential recovery of funds, and I am uncertain about my rights or possible actions I can take as a former shareholder. I would appreciate your guidance on whether there are any legal avenues available to recover my investment, whether I have any standing as an unsecured creditor, and if there are any ongoing proceedings or claims that I can participate in. Additionally, I would like to understand if there are any obligations on the administrators or receivers to provide updates to shareholders.
