Biotechs are pretty much impossible to value as the outcome is usually binary
It's not like a company with earnings or profits which you can definitively say is oversold and and buy on that basis
If the market values ACW at 2.5c, it's just as valid as if it values it at 3.5c because it's all hypothetical
