) listing on the NASDAQ and a $500 Million (usd) market cap. $1.12 less any additional shares that come on market, I'd like to see another large Cap Raise to get more SOI going, a bigger free float.
At $500 Mill we will get into more possible US funds books and this in turn will see us become a better volume traded stock. Nearly $800m AUD MC from here give us 5 bags. So what would we need to do to get to this number from here? To achieve a $500 million USD market cap, Amaero would likely need annual revenue in the range of USD $50 million to USD $100 million, assuming a P/S ratio of 5–10, which is reasonable for a high-growth small-cap company in additive manufacturing. So lets go in the middle and say $75 Million.
With two atomizers at the Tennessee plant, Amaero’s capacity is:
- Ti64: 400–600 tons/year.
- C-103: 100–300 tons/year.
To achieve $75M revenue ($34.8M from 8 tons C-103, $5M HIP, $35.2M Ti64), Amaero needs 117tons Ti64 at $300/kg. This uses 15–44% of the 400–600 tons/year Ti64 capacity, and 8 tons C-103 uses 3–8% of 100–300 tons/year C-103 capacity, leaving significant room for additional production. Two atomizers ensure ample capacity, supporting a $500-750M market cap (P/S = 5–10).
All sounds great, just need to get those contracts. We are way off those kinds of supply agreements but with every new contract the closer we get. Plenty of time left, and Hank you know will be all over this.
