Amaero’s next contracts, here is some food for thought.
When digging into Velo3D are their customers and the industry overall who are the likely contracts, even if they are just 3rd party through Velo3D or others? Velo3D’s existing customers SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Momentus or similar defense and space players. Companies like Boeing, Raytheon, Relativity Space are seeking domestic, high-quality refractory and titanium powders. The commissioning of their second atomizer in June 2025 will boost capacity, enabling larger contracts, particularly for C103 and titanium alloys used in high-temperature applications. Direct DoD contracts or subcontracts through defense primes are also plausible, given Amaero’s alignment with U.S. reshoring policies. While SpaceX and Lockheed Martin are the strongest candidates due to their Velo3D ties, Amaero’s PM-HIP capabilities could attract broader interest for near-net-shape parts. Specific contract, so monitoring industry events like RAPID+TCT 2025.
I think old mate Trump, while his tactics are crude, Amaero is likely to see some great growth coming into 2026.
