Just don't blame me if it all goes pear shaped like some frown.png here.

I go on the information I have and more than willing to listen to people with a different view, but at least back it up with fact. You know why they cant? Simple.
    • Hank said we needed $72 Million from a long way out, so CR's were inevitable
    • Hank has thrown money into the ring like no other company i've invested in, great leadership
    • Hank and his team clearly have the contacts and the drive to be successful people. Follow the money, but more importantly follow the work ethic, old school hard work, dont even consider failure.
    • Saved us $$ on fit out of the plant in Tennessee $15 million I believe?
    • 10 year energy grant for super cheap electricity.
    • Hank secured a landmark A$37.8 million loan from the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the first such loan for an advanced materials and additive manufacturing business under the Make More in America program. This non-dilutive funding, combined with support from U.S. Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, underscores Amaero’s alignment with national policy, boosting investor confidence. $38 Million = 110,000,000 extra shares onto our SOi (saving us 16% dilution)
    • has employed 200 people in the local community.
    • Led a bold overhaul of Amaero, moving its operations from Australia to Tennessee, to align with U.S. domestic manufacturing priorities. This included turning around a struggling business by replacing the board and management team, a move that has positioned Amaero to tap into U.S. government and defense contracts.
    • He personally spearheaded multiple capital raises totaling approximately A$100 million since May 2022, including a recent A$22 million placement in February 2025 and an upsized A$25 million placement in September 2024. These funds have strengthened Amaero’s balance sheet, with a pro forma cash balance of A$41.5 million post-February 2025 raise, ensuring financial stability through to anticipated EBITDA breakeven.
    • Under his leadership, Amaero built the world’s most advanced gas atomizers, targeting commercial production of C-103 and other specialty alloy powders. This positions the company as a potential leading domestic supplier, enhancing long-term revenue potential.
    • Hank owns large % of Amaero, with Pegasus Growth Capital (which he founded) holding around 40%, demonstrating his commitment and aligning his interests with shareholders. This has attracted high-profile investors like Regal Funds Management and IFM Investors, further validating the company’s direction.

Other than these Facts, I'm not sure why you bothered wasting your money here? sneaky.png
