What worries me now is how good/ or bad is the relationship with NVISO and Unith now?

Is the relationship now kaput?
Can we still benefit from NVISO? Have we lost the work or IP we have been working together on.

Are we a still receiving/ed the $120k funding?

Are we being charged much higher fees now.

Are we still working on digital kiosks?

Is NVISO going to want thier IP back?

Do we still have our HOA?

NVISO AI Japan KK (“NVISO”) and Unith Ltd (“UNITH”) have signed a binding Heads of Agreement outlining how Unith and NVISO will collaborate to integrate their respective technologies to demonstrate and then deliver an Interactive Digital Avatar and will promote and sell this solution in the Japanese market targeting products such as digital kiosks.

Is it possible now for Unith to ever
deliver interactive digital avatars that are able to understand various behavioural and emotional facets of its interactors through eye tracking and facial detection?
