CREDIT: GMB: Standard & Poor's Credit Rating Reaffirmed

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT is pleased to advise that the
Trust's credit rating of BBB has been reaffirmed by Standard & Poor's.

The Trust's bond programme remains one notch higher at BBB+.

Andy Eakin, Chief Financial Officer of Goodman (NZ) Limited, said, "GMT is
unique in the listed property sector in that it has obtained a credit rating
and issued debt securities. The quality of the business and its strong
balance sheet position are reflected in its investment grade rating which was
confirmed again at this review."
