Just Water International Limited - Issue of share options

Just Water International Limited has issued 100,000 share options to Eldon
Roberts, Chief Financial Officer of Just Water International Limited.

Each option confers the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share at an
exercise price of $0.15 per share payable in cash.  The options must be
exercised during the period commencing on 30 September 2015 and ending on 30
November 2015.

Pursuant to NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.1, the Company provides to NZX the
following details of the issue of share options in the Company:

(b) Number issued: 100,000

(c) Issue price: $0.00 per option (exercise price of $0.15 per option)
