Trading Halt of Securities

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, due to an error in entry of a
settlement date, the Argosy Property Limited Rights (ARGRA) have been placed
in a trading halt, and will remain on halt until pre-market open on Friday,
12 July 2013 in order for systems to be updated, and the correct date to be
applied.
