Snakk Media Limited advises that:
1. The Annual Meeting is to be held on Monday 26 August 2013 at a time and
venue to be advised in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting;
2. In accordance with NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2 the nominations for the
appointment of a Director is open and the closing date for nominations is
5:30pm, Friday 2 August 2013.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by consent, in writing, from the
nominated person.

General Update
The Snakk new office in New Zealand and expanded Australian sales regions are
going well, and our strategy post the Share Purchase Plan remains focused on
growing revenues, exploring strategic investments and developing
partnerships.
We encourage shareholders to take a long-term view on the future
opportunities of the business. It operates in a very young but extremely
fast-growing market, and Snakk is determinedly positioning itself for
sustained success.
We are excited about the future, as we have consistently been since the
listing and thank you for your continued support. We look forward to the
Annual Meeting next month.
