ASSET: ARG: Argosy confirms Stout St Wellington acquisition

Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 15
Stout St in Wellington is now unconditional and settlement will take place
this week. The acquisition announced in December has taken some considerable
time to finalise but has been confirmed this week. The property is subject to
an agreement to redevelop the building and lease it to the Crown for a 12
year term from completion of the redevelopment, expected in July 2014.
