DIVIDEND: GMT: GMT First Quarter Distribution
Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the payment of its first
quarter distribution for the year ending 31 March 2014.
The record date for the distribution is 12 September 2013 with payment to be
made on 26 September 2013. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of
1.5625 cents per unit with an additional 0.0597 cents per unit in imputation
credits.
Eligible Unitholders are reminded that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan
continues to operate with a 2% discount and any amendment to their
participation is required by 5:00pm on the record date.
