There was no resolution to remove Whittle.
The numbers quoted show no resemblance to that stated on the return.
It does appear from revieiwing the actual returns that the proxy's discretion votes were distributed pro rata for & against rather than purely to wards Askin or Dunmore - otherwise they would have both romped home!!
Look at the returns. In meeting 1 all discretionary proxies were voted in favour of the resolutions.
In meeting 2 the indiscretion proxies appear to have been distributed pro-rata to the directed/received votes!
Or am I going crazy?
