Superhard - I'm a nice guy, I always give people the benefit of the doubt.
However, there does seem to be some errors in the final vote counts cast in the notice to the ASX.
But my original comments are correct the discretionary proxies were split almost 50:50 between the for/against. They were not directed 100% to the against as claimed.
