This acquisition completes sometime this month.
It will be interesting to watch the bedding down of aCure's Data Centres under the AMM umbrella, and whether successful synergies have a positive impact on the balance sheet sooner than forecast.
Good news out of China over the weekend, a business orientated change of Gov't in Canberra and demand for AMM's superior and reliable services should continue on the upside imo, proving the acquisition to be a shrewd bolt-on.
