GENERAL: ARG: All Wellington buildings cleared for re-occupation

Argosy Property Limited is pleased to confirm that all Wellington assets have
been cleared for re-occupation following Friday's earthquake. Structural
engineers have completed inspections of all of Argosy's Wellington
properties, with Argosy staff, and no structural concerns have been
identified.
There is some minor mainly cosmetic damage to be addressed and tenancy areas
are naturally in need of a tidy up and reinstatement, however there is no
concern over their occupation.
