LISTING: ZEL: Z NZ's first listed transport fuel distribution company

Z Energy will today become New Zealand's first listed transport fuel
distribution company.

Z Energy's ordinary shares will begin trading on the NZX Main Board under the
code "ZEL" at 11.00am New Zealand time and on the ASX under "ZNZ" at 11am
Australian Eastern Standard Time.
