VMob Group Limited advises that it has issued new shares as follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (VML)
Number issued: 12,880,512 ordinary shares at NZD 1.25 cents each fully paid
Payment: Cash on subscription

of Securities issued: 1.34% (of the total number of ordinary shares on issue
post completion of the issue)
Reason for the issue: This share issue represents the balance of shares to be
issued pursuant to our recent capital raising.
