The Board of Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce the poll results
of the six resolutions put to the Company's Annual Meeting yesterday:
- Michael Smith and Peter Brook were re-elected, and Chris Hunter and Jeff
Morrison elected, as Directors.
- The maximum aggregate Directors fees increased from $500,000 to $655,000.
- The Board was authorised to fix the auditor's fees and expenses.
