Election of new chairman
thl advises that as part of the transition plan for Mr Keith Smith who is
retiring from the board in November 2013 that Mr Rob Campbell has been
elected by the board as the new chairman effective 29th August 2013.
Mr Smith will remain on the board as an independent director until his
retirement.
