PLACE: BLT: BLIS Technologies raises $2.13 million
Following its shareholder meeting giving approval for the Board to issue up
to $3 million of shares, BLIS Technologies Limited advises that pursuant to
its Share Placement it has so far raised $2,134,596.62 issuing 213,459,662
fully paid ordinary shares at $0.01 per share.
The Board is seeking to place the remaining shares able to be issued by the
Board under the above shareholder approval as soon as practicable.
The new shares allotted today rank equally with the existing ordinary fully
paid shares on issue.
