    I would imagine that there are a few interested parties...and a little competitive tension would go a long way.
    These guys know they have bought land cheap in a shrewd real estate play and the guys with the cheques know that there is a only limited amount of time to strike before oil prices rise and opportunities become more expensive..
    Hope to get an update next week or a binding offer from running foxes
