    Most of the other REIT's have just completed a round of capital raising to sure up their positions.
    VPG have failed to do so to date, which obviously doesn't give the market any confidence.

    The lower the share price goes the less bargining power they have.
    20c is a joke, but a drowning man will clutch at straws.
