It is a flaw in the HC concept. I'd like to see a process whereby a nuisance poster, a poster who adds nothing, either positive or negative, to the conversation, is removed, short term, medium term, or long term by the vote of other posters. But I suppose even this could be hijacked. Unfortunately as it stands it is diluting the value of HC. Ignore does have its value.
