I spoke to the CEO the other day as I was looking at the buying TAMCA but was concerned with the calling for payment on the rest of the share. Denis Waddell CEO said they have made an open promise never to call unless they were well into the money. He is also a large holder of these so that would not be in his best interest to call for payent.
I agree that these are a good way to get laverge as not like options, these never expire.
