    I heard something today about the institutional investor who paid 10M dollars on Monday. I think it was one company in the Telecom space. If this was one of the named Telcos, would you change your mind about taking up SPP? Hmm... Interesting times ahead. Think hard and hope you make the right call on SPP. This is only my opinion and thoughts.
