Yeah real encouraging, and Hartleys have no vested interest either..... oh wait yes they do they were lead broker on the capital raise.
I assume if it was done how it normally would work they would have been paid to place the stock by WAF and paid by their own investors for the privilege.
I dont think this qualifies as anything close to an opinion that would be regarded as worth the paper it was written on to a independent observer
