At this point I think the SP will rise on speculation alone, possibly to around 15 C. IF I could choose I'd want an announcement to come out in another couple of weeks, perhaps after the conference preso which is planned for Sept 12 from memory.
Any sniff of progress revealed there could reflect the SP.
What will be will be, BUT this feels like all the planets could line up for IPB. Good luck to holders....
