Hey @glyco, great idea for a thread (and aptly titled I might add). I'm up early this morning so will kick off proceedings ...

Now obviously we all invest in stocks for more than one reason and I could quite easily rattle off 10 reasons why I bought VPC in a heartbeat but in the name of good fun here goes.

Reasons:

1 @robmillion - Capital structure.
480M shares on issue (126M escrowed for 24 months of which 6M are holders outside Top 20). Top 20 holding approx 226M. $4M CR completed so hopefully no further dilution in the near term. A tight share register is a launch pad for outstanding capital gains during a company's growth phase. If VPC continue signing Tier 1 & SME clients in 2016, the potential for massive growth will drive the SP north very quickly.
