I think the thing is that Velpic is next generation. It would be kind of like no one ever installing any 4G wireless networks because the world already had so much 3G coverage......and yet 4G was rolled out. From what I understand the difference with Velpic is that you just need a browser where as with the others you need some third party software. IE you may need to create your presentation with something else like powerpoint before uploading. I just had a quick look at the litmos "features" video. They do not push the fact that you can create your content in the browser as Velpic does. With a nice happy repetitive tune in the background what they do tell you is how easy it is to create a new course then simply start uploading content within moments.....well where does this "content" come from?? Who created that?? That doesn't seem to get mentioned.
