They're rebuilding their current website. I'd imagine they're waiting to do a big bang switch from pacific environment to envirosuite twitter feed and want to take as many followers with them as possible, but don't want to do it with a website that's missing key pages.
The SP is a mess, someone clearly needs out. On the upside aside from our invisible seller, there's hardly any depth to the sell side, and the buy side picks up every time the selling slows down.
