Ok - a 20c thread is now within reach, so lets add some evidence as to why it will likely arrive at this price sooner than later

Previous conservative valuation = 17c (600kt)
Lasted ANN = conservative 130kt
So 130/600 is an extra 22% resource announced
17c + 3.4c (22%) = 20.7c

Or it could easily happen that we soar past 20c with
* vale $$$
* more drilling finds further copper, gold
* nickel play comes to fruition
* production is fast tracked

As many have noted - patience and research
