Cooper Energy latest update today has HW-3 spud in March.

This ties in with GSP Jupiter as the contracted rig, which seems to have picked up some extra work in the Black Sea.

(incidentally rigzone says it is in Tunsia... unreliable, from past experience)

GSP starts latest Romanian offshore drilling assignment

CONSTANTA, Romania -- GSP Offshore’s jackup Jupiter has started a new contract in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea, providing light side track services for OMV Petrom.
Earlier the rig had completed wells for Sterling Resources in the same sector on the Ioana and Eugenia prospects.
The construction/support vessels GSP King, GSP Alcor, and GSP Orion will assist GSP Jupiter during its current program.
