These threads are fairly transparent, irrespective of the viewpoint.
Imagine if instead of starting threads called "cap raise" and "20c" they were called "takeover" and "$1". Pretty sure they would be called out as ramping.
On the other hand, quiltman researches and posts what he finds, and qualifies all opinions as hypothetical.
If there is a definition of "balanced" it must surely encompass the latter and not the former?
To me, the call for holding the board accountable by agreeing that they are doing a bad job is not in itself productive of anything it purports to aim for, all it does is nurture negative sentiment.
Surely any holder who genuinely wants a different outcome from the board would take the simple measure of actually contacting them and airing their concerns?
What I see here is posters attempting to influence other shareholders, not the board.
