I think it's good. After all, I can't remember the last time Biota actually completed a deal.
My guess is that they've sold all the future royalties except perhaps in the event of pandemic/stockpiling sales over a certain $ amount.
The slate is not wiped clean.
There are still LANI ROW rights which must be worth something.
Having said that, the share price sits at 1.50. I think these guys burnt a lot of bridges with their earlier capital raisings. There's not a lot of trust. They need more than a name change to wipe that out.
