It is an action of mind blowing faith that the directors of CHM would let such an event take place. Why would you do this and who really is the funder. There are massive question marks with this funder and its interesting that the true owners are hidden in the British Virgin Islands.
Its got me beaten why the ASX and ASIC are not all over this one. They have known this information now for over 3 months and have not even ask a simple questions. Why would directors let a one dollar company place a 20 million dollar charge over CHM and what percentage is the funder getting.
