- You buy options for 2c.
- The shares are now trading at 10c.
SnakeZ33 idea:
Convert.
Effectively Pay 12c for a 10c share.
Hope they go up 2c.
Alternative:
Don't bother converting.
Just sell the options for what you can get, and buy the shares for 10c.
Hope they go up a bit less than 2c.
Alternative:
Cut your loss.
At the end of the day - it is up to the invidual to decide what to do. There may also be tax implications to consider.
