I would have thought being insiders, they'd take cash and not shares if they did not have a reason to believe the business was moving forward.
When you are at 1c or sub 1c - its called prolonged survival
Billions of shares on the registry - don't need a big dump to oblivion when at these levels
20m seller today caused chaos - almost hit .007 imagine 100m or 1 billion wanting to sell
